  3. Pack the item in original condition with tags intact.
  4. Once received and inspected, refund is processed within 5-7 business days.

What Can Be Returned

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Products damaged due to wear and tear are not eligible.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized items, innerwear, jewelry, and sale items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days across India. Chennai and Tamil Nadu orders arrive in 2-3 days. Metro cities get it within 3-5 days.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes! COD is available for all orders below ₹10,000. A small handling fee of ₹50 applies. Please have exact change ready for the delivery agent.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), all major credit and debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets. Cash on Delivery is also available.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Absolutely! We offer a 7-day return window. Items must be unworn with original tags. Free pickup is arranged from your location. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

How do I know my size?

Check our detailed Size Guide for bust, waist, hip and chest measurements. If you're between sizes, we recommend going one size up for a comfortable fit.

Are the silk sarees pure silk?

Our Kanchipuram and Banarasi sarees are 100% pure silk with genuine zari, sourced directly from master weavers. We provide silk mark certification with every pure silk purchase.

Do you have a physical store?

Yes! Visit our boutique at No. 65/66, Rajan Nagar, Kolathur, Chennai. We're open Monday-Saturday 10 AM-9 PM and Sunday 11 AM-8 PM.

Do you offer stitching services?

Yes, we offer professional blouse stitching for saree orders and alteration services for other garments. Additional charges apply. Contact us for details.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and partner with trusted payment gateways like Razorpay. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement at no cost. After that, cancellation may not be possible once the order is packed and dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within India only. International shipping is coming soon — join our newsletter to be notified when it launches!

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an SMS and email with the tracking link. You can track your package in real-time through our logistics partner's portal.
